Event Consultancy
Helping events work for people.
Practical planning, calm judgement and hands-on delivery experience—from the first operational conversation to the final participant leaving the site.
From plan to place
Details connected by purpose.
Good event planning is about more than completing a checklist. Each decision affects what somebody sees, understands, feels or does next.
I bring experience of mass-participation sport, venue operations, start and finish areas, public presentation and course measurement. That combination helps me see both the operational detail and the human experience.

Royal Sutton Fun Run
One centre. Six thousand participants.
For the 2026 Royal Sutton Fun Run, my work connected the physical site, participant journey and event team: branding and signage, start and finish structures, volunteer briefings, water provision, medical placement, crowd barriers and the build-and-strip programme.
The result was a town-centre event in which thousands of individual experiences could move through one shared space.
